Purchased plugin issue

I purchased a plug-in AJAX search pro. But unfortunately, it cannot be used with UserPro (my main objective is to search for user and custom field in UserPro)

In this case, please may I get a refund, how can I do? What is the next step ? Please advise

Hi,

It is actually possible to use with UserPro, as that plugin stores the user fields as user meta – which is possible to search for.

You can find the field names under the UserPro fields panel: http://i.imgur.com/PVmAcdH.png
..and these can be entered in Ajax Search Pro under the General Options -> User search panel: http://i.imgur.com/5Y8Y4EP.png
Any text based field will work.

You can apply for a re-fund, but it will be rejected, as UserPro plugin compatibility is not guaranteed in the plugin features list.
