Result Page

Hi!

I created a template for the results page with the elementor page builder (the page is called “Produkt Archiv Suche” and can be found under Templates -> Theme Builder).
After I switched from AJAX Lite to the Pro version my custom results page does not show anymore after clicking on the magnifier icon.
I tried the steps in the documentation but it didn’t work.
The site dependencies must be correct because it worked with the Lite version.
Can you please help me?

PS: I would really appreciate a timely response since this is a client’s site and they’re a bit … complicated

Hi Melanie,

It was only a minor misconfiguration – the plugin redirected to the default results page, while you were expecting to redirect to the shop results. I have changed that here: https://i.imgur.com/HIKz2wD.png
It should be okay now.

wow, I had messed with this setting but didn’t realize the woocommerce page was my Elementor theme builder page.
