Hi
I have had this option “Action when pressing the return button” set to results page and now it seems it doesn’t work anymore.
It always returns “Search Results for: apple/?” URL https://www.123.co.uk/search/apple/%3f “Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords. ”
with no results,
This used to work perfectly.]
Not sure what has changed for this to no longer work.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Kind regards
Stuart

March 13, 2023 at 12:18 pm #41732Hi!
Thank you for the details, it helps us a lot!
It looks like you have an incorrect mod_rewrite rule or a redirection function in your code setup incorrectly. When I tried to visit the original results page, for example: https://www.thecandleboutique.co.uk/?s=apple
I am redirected to that wrong URL.You might be using a custom code or an apache mod rewrite condition to make the search URLs prettier via redirection, but it seems like there is an error in there and it adds an additional “/?” string at the end of the URL, which creates the error message.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
