Results page showing up empty

hi there! results page (using flatsome theme) is showing up empty. i have followed all recommendations posted by wordpress dreams to no avail.

please advise!

Hi Ernest,

Since my last reply, I updated the plugin to the latest version. Now the results page doesn’t even show up.

Settings to enable results page are enabled as well.

Please advise.

I tried to deactivate the plugin to see if the issue persists, and unfortunately it does even when the plugin is not active: https://i.imgur.com/lUppqh7.png
That means it is not caused by this plugin.
