Hi!
I am customizing a search for PDF attachments of our insurance applications.
I have the “Search in attachment titles?” switched ON however it is actually returning File name of the attachment instead of the Title.
I attached two screenshots and I hope you can understand my question. Is there a way to have the search results show the Title instead of file names?

Of course I found the answer I was looking for shortly after I posted… please close this thread!
In case any one needs the answer, here it is:
Advanced options –> Content –> “Primary Title Field for Posts/Pages/CPT –> Select Post Title (I had Custom Field selected).
Voila!
