Return nor Button brings results

This worked prior but now after I creating a number of my posts the search button nor “return” works on when I search by my custom fields. The main search is fine but not when I just want to search by specific custom fields. See screenshot for example.

Note you will have to go to “browse cameras” to see the search function.
