Hello,
I just purchased Ajax Search Pro today and set it up. I went through the documentation step by step, so I believe I did everything correctly.
My website it http://www.alphafangirl.com/ and there is now an Ajax Search Pro box at the top of my right sidebar, but it isn’t working at all. I have it set up for vertical. It won’t work at all. I can type in the search box, but nothing happens.
Please help. I did create a new index, but that didn’t seem to help.
Thank you,

I’m not sure if you were able to solve the problem, but I’m getting results when I’m typing. Let me know if the problem still exists.

It works when I’m using Chrome, but doesn’t work at all when I’m using Firefox.

I see some kind of weird minification error, but I have no idea what’s causing it. Anyways, there is something you can try. Open up to the Compatibility Options submenu under the Ajax Search Pro menu, where you will find an option called Javascript Source. Try to change that option to “Non Minified”: https://i.imgur.com/E5JEMiR.png
You might have to clear your site, browser and CDN cache if you have them enabled in order to see a change.
If the “Non Minified” option does not work, try the remaining two as well.
Best,
