Hello,
I include 2 or more search instances of ajax pro plugin in a page, and one of them displays the results in a drop down results box (below the search box), and the others have seperate constant visible results boxes.
When I click somewhere on the page, the search boxes dissapear.

Try turning off this option on all search instances: https://i.imgur.com/o2lEf4s.png
That should prevent the document click of closing the search results.
