We have a woocommerce product with SKU ‘PHHD9200/90’ . When we search for it from the homepage with the Search Instance set to use the Index table it does not show up any results. However when we switch to Regular Engine the product is visible.
We only have issues with SKUs that have a ‘/’ or a ‘\’
Can you please update the plugin to the latest release first (4.21.4), then re-create the index table. There were changes on how the index generates some queries in the most recent release, so it may resolve the issue.
