the search does not work properly .
the problem is , for example if i search the word “ba” the result dont work . when i click on the magnifier it does not work . i deactive all other plugins , but it did not change . my theme is jupiter and i already used Ajax Search Pro in another site , and it worked perfectly , i donno what is the problem
thank youSeptember 8, 2017 at 5:20 pm #14624Hi!
I just tested on multiple browsers, but it seems working fine for me, see the video: https://youtu.be/tbihSM2lklw
It is very likely due to a browser cache or something similar. Make sure to re-load the page by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + R, and clearing all layers of site cache as well. It should very likely do the trick.

You mean re-directing the results to the results page when clicking on the magnifier icon?
Best,
For that, make sure it is choosen correctly on the General Options -> Logic & Behavior panel: https://i.imgur.com/KhFGhnm.png
