Search Document Expired

    Hi,

    Is there anything can be done about when you go back after a search? For example some sort of auto refresh – to avoid getting the

    So the process is “Search –> results –> click on product –> from product click back and it shows the following page :

    Document Expired

    This document is no longer available.
    The requested document is not available in Firefox’s cache.

    As a security precaution, Firefox does not automatically re-request sensitive documents.
    Click Try Again to re-request the document from the web site.

    I note that if you take the address bar and paste it into a new tab – this works – can the search be turned from a POST into a GET? Another work around possible?

    Hi,

    It is possible – by default the GET redirection/override method is used for the results page, you can make sure to change it here. That should resolve the issue.
