Hello, I purchased your plugin, but I ran into a problem, namely: I want to implement a search through filters on a separate page (I have a website with cooking recipes, I want users to be able to search for the necessary recipes by selecting items – first course, second course, ingredients, etc.). In live search, the function works, but when I click on the “Search” button, I am redirected to a page where the results do not match the filters (the latest site entries are displayed). How can this be fixed? Thanks! I’m sorry, I’m writing through a translator.

Make sure to turn on the search results page override feature, that should do the trick.

August 1, 2021 at 10:39 am #34115Hello, thank you for your answer! If you are talking about this function: http://prntscr.com/1hze9q0 then I have it turned on, but it still doesn’t work.
August 2, 2021 at 1:30 pm #34125Are there any other search plugins active by any chance? Make sure to turn them off as well.
Best,

August 2, 2021 at 8:10 pm #34132There are no third-party plugins. When I try to search by filters, the search bar looks like this: https://receptnica.ru/?s=&asp_active=1&p_asid=3&p_asp_data=1¤t_page_id=4089&qtranslate_lang=0&filters_changed=0&filters_initial=1&asp_gen%5B%5D=title&asp_gen%5B%5D=content&asp_gen%5B%5D=excerpt&customset%5B%5D=post&customset%5B%5D=page&termset%5Bmethod%5D%5B%5D=405
August 3, 2021 at 9:02 am #34138Unfortunately I can not check the page, as it requires authentication.
Can you please also add temporary FTP and back-end access? The override feature usually can not work when there is a 3rd party plugin active, or the theme has a custom code active in the search.php template file or via the functions.php file for a custom search query.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
