Search in attachment content

Hi,
about 3 months ago I’ve purchased your plugin Ajax Search Pro (code e14d5449-805e-458a-a162-8031f0f774b3).
I’ve followed your tutorial to search in attachment contents (https://documentation.ajaxsearchpro.com/general-settings/search-in-attachment-contents-pdf-word-excel-etc..) and there is something I don’t understand.

If I try to search, for example, the content “Slide ppt dei Relatori” in this file http://ingve.it/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Allegato_3-bis_FormazioneCNI-Ordini2019.pdf the search works perfectly but if I search “Entro il 15 dicembre” not..
Why?

It seems the index is not complete.. but I don’t understand what could be the reason..
Any ideas?

Hi Mirko,

It could be many things, I suspect that the file is indexed, as the other phrases do yield the result. I suspect that it might be matched, but somehow not displayed correctly on the results page, as I am always seeing the same number of results there.
Can you please add temporary back-end details? I would like to check the configuration and do some debugging.

The file was actually matched, but there are many other more relevant matches preceeding it. I have increased the limit to 150. When searching for “Entro il 15 dicembre” and then if you go to page 7, the result is there: https://i.imgur.com/CsqyC8c.png
