Search in media = pdf files

Hi Ernest,

I own a restaurant and publish my menus as klickable pdf files.
Is there a way to search for pdf files, located in media folders ?

Or else, if I search for speisenkarte, I get the page with the link “speisenkarte” as a result, that´s fine. If I only search for “karte” it doesn´t show the “speisenkare” results.
Any suggestions how to solve it ?

Hi!

Search for PDF attachments should be possible, but not in the PDF content unfortunately.
You will have to enable and configure attachment search: https://goo.gl/VxbHsz

PDF attachments should have the following mime type:

application/pdf

You will need to add this to the Allowed mime types list.

in the Analytics page ???
