Search is finding too much and content that is not relevant

Type Lynx in the top box – the first three results ARE relevant

The following events – marked with a map pin in the left are not relevant in any way – and I cannot work out why they are being found

One link found is https://natureslens.co.uk/event/photography-holiday/butterflies-macro-photography-of-bulgaria-photography-holiday/

This has no mention of lynx – apart from in the menus and footer

Hi!

I have added the ‘event_itinerary’ and ‘wpv-view’ shortcodes to the shortcode exceptions list, on the index table panel: https://i.imgur.com/lUlvoCy.png

Looking at the event content, I have found these shortcodes that did not contain any relevant information for searching, and turns out, that probably they contained a link/text or something similar with this keyword in it. I have re-indexed the site, now those items should not show up anymore.
