Search is opening new page on enter key stroke

Hello,

My search bar functions properly with when not hitting enter/return. However, when I hit the enter key, a new page is opened taking the user away from the ajax search bar. I don’t want a new page to open, I only want the ajax search results.

Is this a setting that I am missing? Here is a screen recording for reference.

It is the default behavior, which you can change on the General Options -> Logic & Behavior panel: https://i.imgur.com/nupGGwS.png
