Cannot get the search in custom post to work, I drag and drop the post type into the box to include, press save and it never saves, all the styling etc. ssaves ok but anything that has the drag and drop does not save so custom post types or exclusions etc.
This is no good to me as I just want the search to search woocommerce products only and not include any products in the repair category in the search. all folders set to 777 as stated in the knowledge base but still dosnt work, styling does save.January 18, 2016 at 4:21 pm #7355Hi!
I’ve tried to log in with the credentials, but it does not let me, can you please check them?
This sounds like a 3rd party javacript conflict, but I’m not sure yet. Once I see it might be able to tell.

January 18, 2016 at 10:21 pm #7361Hi!
I just checked and tried to select different custom post types, and it works for me, I was able to save them. You can verify it by checking the search settings.
Make sure you don’t use any browser extensions that can affect javascript functionalities. Also, if you are using internet explorer, please try another browser like google chrome or mozilla firefox instead. IE is very sensitive to any errors and it still does not support some back-end functionalities in wordpress.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
