The search works ok on desktop but it has issues on mobile devices, you type the search and then it just never redirects to search results page, I have to reload the page, also after searching and try to search again then it just doesn’t work even clicking the magnifying glass icon, it just doesn’t work on mobiles.

I just tried the search on an android device, it seemed to work fine on the site front page.

Once I redirect to the results page I thought it didn’t work, but since you have the results page live loader feature activated, the plugin automatically updates the results list there. The magnifier icon does not redirect, because it is already on the results page, and it will use the live loader feature instead.

Is there a way to disable the live loader just for mobile devices and keep it working on desktop?
Hi,
Unfortuantely no, not on the same search bar. You can however create another search shortcode, and use it in the mobile menu, if the theme has a widgetized area or something similar for it.
