Hi – I logged a ticket last week but I need help in trying to figure out how to customise the search results page – you said to look at theme but I have a search results template set up but it’s still not working with your plugin – I use Divi – any advice you can give?

Do you mean, the plugin is not redirecting to the results page? Or are you still seeing the default results page before using the Divi builder?
Can you please try temporarily deactivating the search plugin to see what results page are you seeing, by visiting the results page URL with a test phrase: https://www.callsure.co.uk/?s=buy
The layout should be the same even if the plugin is inactive.
