Hi,
I have a problem with a search results page, and I’m not sure what could it be.
I’m using Avada theme, WP version 5.5.0 and the latest version (4.19.4) of Ajax Search Pro plugin.
I set up Ajax Search Pro instance to search for PDF documents and it works well if the term that matches PDF, but if it matches and I press Enter button/click “Search”, the search result page is showing only one PDF that begins with entered term, not all of them.
I’m attaching a screenshot with selected part that is problem.

Make sure that the search override feature is enabled, that should do the trick.

It looks like the issue is related to the theme or something else might be conflicting. If you try to turn off the search plugin completely, and use the search page with any search query, it does not work at all, for example:
– Search for “soja”: https://selsem.rs/?s=soja
– Search for “tvoja”: https://selsem.rs/?s=tvoja
While these should yield at least one result, because there are posts with these titles: https://i.imgur.com/IxNPVTg.pngI am certain that wordpress default search should print out those two items for those queries. Try temporarily switching the theme to the default to see if it changes anything. If not, then turning off plugins one by one should help checking which is at fault.
Best,
