Hi! In the admin panel, I set settings to start with the phrase
but search results start without a key phrase in the title
How should I configure to sort results by key phrase in the title?Thank you.
February 12, 2021 at 10:05 am #31528Hi,
While I cannot see your exact configuration from the front-end, but at first I would suggest using the index table engine, and instead of exact matching, use the more strict “AND with exact keyword matches” logic as primary and “AND” logic as secondary: https://i.imgur.com/90XeThT.png
Best,
This can make a huge difference in the results relevance order.

February 12, 2021 at 11:42 am #31530Thank you for your reply.
The issue is that we need to have the exact match or the keyword taken as the primary result, less relevant results should be when that keyword is the root of the word. Here is the screenshot https://prnt.sc/z7gbl3
Can we do that in setting and how? Since tried different ways.

Thank you!
February 12, 2021 at 1:29 pm #31531Try the settings I suggested, it should give you exactly that. The exact (whole word) matches will be on the primary positions, and then the partial matches.

February 12, 2021 at 1:44 pm #31532Then there is the issue with the plugin. Since I did that https://prnt.sc/z7u4pb and still have incorrect results http://prntscr.com/z7ue01
Can you please help to fix that?
February 12, 2021 at 1:57 pm #31533Sure, feel free to add temporary FTP and back-end details, and I will debug through the query and check the configuration.

The index table was not configured and enabled as I suggested earlier. I did it for your very quickly, now it should return results with the exact keyword matches in priority.
