Search Results Do Not Include SKU Numbers

I apologize in advance, but I cannot provide login access to this website; however, I will be as helpful as possible with providing any logs/screenshots you may require. Basically the website in question is (https://idealwarehouse.com/) and you will find the search bar in the header of the website. We recently upgraded from the Lite to the Pro, and have noticed even with the proper settings toggled, that the search results will not include the WooCommerce SKU numbers. For example (24-1113) is a SKU number that should be shown in the results linking to its parent product here (https://idealwarehouse.com/product/laminated-bumpers/).

Thank you for the details, it helps a log. I think I see the issue.

– On the index table options, make sure the “_sku” custom field is selected, then re-index: https://i.imgur.com/vJN4zXO.png
– On the search instance options, make sure the index table is selected: https://i.imgur.com/NV4lvIW.png

If all goes well, this should resolve the issue.

I have ensured the ‘_sku’ custom field is selected, and rebuilt the index; however, I don’t see the options you are referring to for the second point in my current version of ASP which is version 4.26.10. Have these options since been changed?
