Search Results look strange on mobile/tablet

Hi,
for some reason, the search results on mobile/tablet have the “featured image” as a background rather than a small square on the left side. THis was working correctly before. Not sure what has changed or what setting I need to change.
I have 2 different instances on my site, 1 for desktop and 1 for mobile/tablet which is in Compact Mode.

This is random. SOmetimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt. On some browsers it happens but not on some other browsers

Kindly let me know what I need to change to have the behaviour on mobile/tablet same as desktop where the image is a square on the left and title on the right.

Thanks for the details!

I have tested the layout, but I get the correct output on all types of mobile devices: https://i.imgur.com/owdui9o.png

If it does not happen all the time, then it means you may have some sort of an issue with your cache. Since you are using multiple search bars for different device types, then make sure to have a different cache for each device.
I believe all cache plugins have an option for that, usually is called “Cache Mobile” or “Separate cache for mobile” or something similar.
