When we search for 108 it returns the first number with 108 and says it is 1 of 1 when it is 1 of about 100 or more
Also when setting this search up it is set to just look at this page no matter what page the search bar is on it will just search this page. Is there a way to set it to only search the page the search bar is on so I could create a template page to make a new page weekly?

It is very likely only a misconfiguration. Unfortunately I can’t see to much from the front-end, all I can tell is that the “page” post type is selected to look for.
If you would choose only to search the page where the search is on, then it would only return that single page as result – a single results every time, nothing else. I am not sure if that is what you are looking for?
