Search Results Relevancy Settings

Hey there,

I am sorry to bother you again but I am having trouble with the search settings. I have attached two screenshots, the first (number 1) shows the first set of search results that appear when searching for the criteria ‘adding a branch office’ the second screenshot (number 2) shows results from the same search but after you have scrolled down through the list of results.

Do you know why more relevant and accurate results would appear at the bottom of the search? I have checked the ordering settings and I don’t appear to have any set

Hi Kimberly,

Relevance can be affected by many many factors, but the most likely one is priorities. I recall you asked about prioritizing certain results. If you implemented individual or group priorities, those will override the relevance as expected, and very likely explain the issue.

You are correct I did ask about prioritising results but thought I had removed them all. I will go back and check. Thanks for your help. Please feel free to close this ticket
