Search returns catogories even when switched off

When I enter a search term that is included in a category,(e.g. material) the category appears in the search. I switched it off in the search sources => Post Type Search as well as in “index table”.

How can I get rid of those entries?

Hi!

Make sure nothing is enabled on the Search Sources -> Taxonomy terms search panel. That will do the trick.
