I am struggling because your videos and documentation are out of date and don’t match the plugin screens anymore. (This is frustrating, I hope you update them soon.)

I am trying to create a simple sort functionality for a post archive page. I have two categories currently – Press Releases and Public Meetings. The public meeting is the one I am focused on for now. As you can see from the attached image, I would like two variables (which are tags on each post) to control the filter: Meeting Type and Year. I have tried to “Show tag selectors” (see attached screenshot) but I can’t get the checkboxes to show up. Nor can I figure out how to add the year pulldown.

The search bar also searches all posts – I would like it to only search through the Public Meeting posts.

I think if you can help me set up the Public Meetings filter, I can figure out the Press Release filter (as it is only one variable, so it should be easier).

    Thanks,

    -Sasha

PS. I asked some of these questions in a pre-sale email. You can ignore it if you see it, since I went ahead and purchased the plugin.

I don’t understand. It has been almost 2 weeks since I asked this question and there is no response. Every other ticket posted here appears to have been answered, except mine. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME.

My next post will be about your poor customer service and a request for a refund.
