Searched words not highlighted on result page

Greetings,
I am using your great search for the record series. Unfortunately sometimes some words are not found – and I have no clue why – in the search:
https://series.78rpm.club/series/

For example the term ” S’il Vous Plait ”
can be found here: https://series.78rpm.club/cadence-1230-1355/

This is one point – the other really important issue: I have seen that finally the searched words will be highlighted – I was waiting soo long for this feauture! 🙂 BUT: Somehow the words dont highlight at the pages with the results.

Can you please help me out?

Hi Axl,

Unfortunately that is still not possible, and I am not sure if it will be ever implemented, due to some inconsistency issues.

The search issue might be only an apostrophe storage problem. If you try S'il Vous Plait (this uses a different apostrophe), it seems to be returning a result.
If that is an issue, then a possible solution would be using this tutorial code, and changing the variables as following:

  $characters = "’";
  $replace_with = "'";
