    Hi,

I’m missing a few search items and I’m sure it’s merely a configuration issue.

I have “hotels” as a custom post type which are tagged with a category and a country taxonomy.

On the search on the frontend (search: maurit” – I get 9 results, but in the backend within WP, I get 16 items returned and I can’t figure out the setting to get these more to match.

    Thanks,

    Keith

    Hi Keith,

I was not able to log in to check on the back-end, as the /wp-admin/ and the wp-login.php urls redirect to a different page.

To make sure that the search in taxononmy terms (related to post types) is enabled, check if this option is turned on: http://i.imgur.com/m7iILfQ.png

..also, if you need more than the default number of results (10 by default), you can increase it under the General Options -> Limits panel.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Ernest,

Brilliant – I knew it was something really stupid – it was the limits – set to 10.

Thank you for the speedy response.

    Keith
