Hi, we’ve had to downgrade the Ajax search plugin as there was an issue suddenly when the plugin was upgraded. I can’t give you access to the website as we’ve downgraded the plugin to fix the issue temporarily, but what do you think about the attached?
Hi,
That looks like a simple cache issue to me – as if the stylesheet was missing, as the cache did not pick up the new file queue yet. Please check this documentation and let me know.
If you could add temporary FTP and back-end access, that would help us a lot to check if there is any potential bugs there.
