Hello,
Having an issue with the plugin theme. For some reason when the server cache captures the page and serves up to visitors, the custom styling is removed. I spoke to the web host about this, and they didn’t have any suggestions. Its the only page element having this effect from the page cache. The site is hosted at Kinsta.com. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Well, it is very likely a cache related problem, but there is one option that you can try to turn off: https://i.imgur.com/1tgYNVo.png
After that, make sure to clear the cache, if the issue was plugin related, this should resolve it for sure.
Thank you for the quick reply Ernest. Will give that a try.
Regards,
-Chris
