Hi,
i have two questions regarding the use of the settings box on a custom result page:
1.) My search instance is built-in the header of the website. By default i want (and have) the settings hidden. However on the results page i want them to be shown by default. How can i achieve that?
2.) I use the settings as a live filter on the results page. Works fine! Is there a way to set the number of results in brackets by the respective post type/taxonomy filter?
Best Regards,
Andreas
Hi,
1. Try using the settings shortcode on the results page. That should force the block position and show the settings box by default.
2. I may need some more clarification on this, as I am not sure what exactly are you reffering to. Thank you!
