Hi there we have amended the plugin settings so that it displays the custom post type first then the title (see image). Is it possible to show the word category: and the product_cat if the item returned is a taxonomy?
In our attached image the first two results are categories so we would like to have e.g Category: Power Clusters for Military Hangers
Thanks

Yes – it needs a bit of custom code, but this documentation will help you with that.

I’m afraid that kind of ordering is not possible. You can change the order of the result types, but all post type results are considered as a single group.

I have logged in and checked your backend configuration. The media file indexing does not seem to be enabled. Please check this documenation on how to enable the media file content indexing and the media service features.
Best,
Once those are set up, and the site is re-indexed, then make sure the attachment search is also se to the index table engine.

It is hard to tell by only looking at the front-end, but make sure that the primary ordering is set to relevance. Also, for keyword matching you can try this variation, to see if it makes any difference: https://i.imgur.com/fFEXeW3.png
