Show out of stock products after instock products

Hi

Is there a way to show out-of-stock items after in-stock items?

I also have all the out-of-stock items in a “discontinued woocommerce category” so if there’s a way to de prioritized that category that would also work.

The reason i want to include out-of-stock items is that i have a form to collect emails to for customers to be notified if or when they come back into stock.
