Hi tehre,
We have your plugin running for some moths, but we have seen that some product that has 2 characters on the title it’s not show in the results.
The site is:
http://www.masking.esIf you seach for “SC”, this product is not shown and the title is “Caperuzones SC”:
https://masking.es/wp-admin/post.php?post=825&action=edit&lang=esWe need to show this product because many peope search only “SC”.
In the product page I’ve added the additional tags, as I show in the attached screenshot, but the it still does not appear.
Can you tell me how can I solve it?
Thanks a lot,
Arnau

Thank you very much for the details, it helps us a lot!
I have resolved this, by setting a primary and secondary logic, like this: https://i.imgur.com/6306CBy.png
Basically the “sc” did match a lot of items within the words, but the relevance was not good enough. With this, matches with whole words should be more likely returned.

November 25, 2019 at 5:13 pm #24738Hi Ernest,
Thanks for your fast reply. I’ve cleaned cache form Ajax Search Pro and Wp-Rocket, but still can’t see the product searching for SC. Is there any way to show in the first position?
I assume that you made the changes in the website, but I can’t find the page of your screenshot to check if it’s done. Can you tell me where to find it?
Thanks a lot,
Arnau

Sorry, I forgot to save the options it looks like. Now it should be fine.
Best,
You can find these settings under the Ajax Search Pro menu, when you click on the search instance configuration.
