Hello
When we type something in the search field we get some recommendations as usually.
We have noticed that the speed that these recommendations show up is slow.
How can we improve that? Is it related to the server or MySQL?

It depends on a lot of things, but generally I recommend this documentaiton, it has a lot of tips to get the best possible search performance.
