Hello,
I dont need support, but just reporting a minor layout bug in the admin.
When using the shortcode in the category content the icons are blowing up in the listing.

Thank you for reporting this. May I ask what type of taxonomy is that, and if you use any shortcode/taxonomy related plugins? I have tried to add the shortcode to a category description, and it is not executed.
I believe WordPress by default does not execute those shortcodes on the back-end. In case you have a custom plugin/custom code that allows that, let me know, so I can replicate the issue.Thank you!

I see now, you have a visual editor active on the category description pages, that is not built-in WordPress feature. Anyways, I have used the plugin editor to add a small change to the plugin shortcode, so it should not execute when displayed on the category listing pages.

Please try using the shortcode now, and let me know if it’s fixed, so I will include it in the next release.
