Putting in a number of item names shows nothing found or the item is not in the results. Examples include monaco, carlton, big ups.
Not sure why as red yellow cubed and other bulbs show up.

Thank you for the details, it helps a lot.
The issue is casued by the custom field filter. I belive you are trying to filter the “invalid” status posts, but the custom field and the operator used is probably not correct. The correct field should be “status” and not “_status” – as that is usually a reference ACF field, and does not contain the value.

Make sure to check and change that, it will resolve the issue.
