Some search terms don't populate when Ajax Search Pro plugin is active

Hello!

I’ve noticed something a little strange with my search. When I have Ajax Search Pro activated and search the term ‘jewelry’, nothing appears on the first page of the search. Things appear on the second page.
BUT when I search other terms, it functions normally.
When I turn Ajax Search Pro off and use Elementor’s plain search widget everything works normally. I have attached screenshots. I’m not sure why this is happening.

I already cleared cache on my site, browser and server.
Already turned off all plugins except for woocommerce, elementor, elementor pro and turned ajax search pro on and off to see what was going on.
I’m using the Hello Elementor theme.
I don’t think I saw any log errors related to Ajax Search Pro.

Would you be able to troubleshoot?

Hi April,

Sure! The issue was related to your other ticket – where the taxonomy terms were displayed in the results. I logged in and turned those results off, and now it seems to work all right.
Elementor sometimes limits what can be displayed in the widgets, it seems like it is not allowing to display the taxonomy terms as results. Luckily you already wanted to remove them from the results list, so it resolved both issues.
