Hi this is a dev site so cant give access, i updated everything, wordpress, theme and your plugin and now we have so strange things going on.
When you type a search query we get a string in the search box but the search does work, also the same string of code appears in the admin area.
I cant copy the string so ive had to screenshot it for you

I think I know what is causing the problem. I see an empty box on the screenshot. It is probably a taxonomy that is no longer defined or used: https://i.imgur.com/edLBEBG.png
Drag that box back to the left side of that option and save the settings. I hope that will solve this issue.
