Styling Error in IE on non homepage pages

Hi there,

We’re getting strange error in IE11 that displays the seach box wrongly on pages other than the homepage – can you tell what the issue is?

Hi Rebecca,

I think you only need to clear your caches, on our end it seems identical:
– Home page: https://i.imgur.com/WQzWcGL.png
– Corporate services page: https://i.imgur.com/BpG0xGN.png
– Couriers funds page: https://i.imgur.com/KBQ56x2.png

Make sure to clear all layers of cache: browser, page, CDN, cloudflare et.. That should resolve the issue 🙂

Another issue I’m having is with updating the plugin on the Live server. Do I have to manually download and update from codecanyon if working directly on the live server?

Not neccessarily, you can use the automatic udpater as well. Just make sure the license is activated.
