Hi,

because of the AVG privacy i can’t give you access to our production website. only the development area where customers are not stored. sorry. so if you know what is wrong please email me with screenshots how to fix this issue

Dont know if i can call this a bug or a misconfiguration but if you try to find this product with “Leven bij de dag” corresponding with the end of the tittle in the ajax search box it doesn’t appear. looks like the engine prioritize the first 4 letters and not the whole search imput. this should appear at the top imo. did i do something wrong?

Hi,

Thank you for the details, I think this is sufficient.

The issue was, that the minimum word length was increased from the default 2 to 4. That means, that the search phrase “Leven bij de dag” was considered as “Leven” only, since only that single word has 4 or more characters in it. I have changed that back to the default 2: https://i.imgur.com/BIxELdg.png

It should now show up much higher on the search results list, on the 1-3 positions most likely. If you want to make sure it is on the highest possible position, I would recommend an exact keyword logic like so: https://i.imgur.com/tEpMrT3.png

allready rated it 5 stars and im totaly sticking to that. only thing i can do now is comment that renew support is really worth it.
