Hello,
We’ve recently moved our site to a new hosting, when doing the search we get:
The request failed, please check your connection! Status 500
Any ideas?
We do use CloudFlare – could it be this? Are there external communications made somewhere to your services in the plugin that I need to allow through a firewall?
Thanks,
Rob
Any update on this? Desp to fix. Thank you!
Hi,
It is more likely something on the server side, if the hosting was changed. Cloudflare usually has no effect on these things.
First try to turn off the custom ajax handler to see if that makes any difference.
