The gist of my problem: I set up the search on the main page of the site the way I need (attached a screenshot). It turned out that at first there was the search bar itself at the top of the block, and at the bottom – drop-down lists with car filters. It turns out that I could enter a car in the search bar, or I could select from the lists and click the red search button, which I added to the row with drop-down lists. For me, it is more convenient to search for cars through this second row, so I hid the search bar itself. But then the filter does not work – when I click the red search button, all cars from my database are displayed on the results page, regardless of what parameters I selected from the drop-down lists … Is it possible to fix this? I did not find where this can be configured through the admin panel …

    Hi,

Thank you very much for the details it helps a lot!

It seems like there was comething conflicting so I have anbled the soft-check for the query compatibility, and that seems to have resolved the issue.

I see. I checked the configuration and the filter logic was set to OR, I changed it back to AND, now it should be all right.

Works great! Please, tell me how to add a number to the right of the taxonomy in the drop-down list, that displays the number of cars available for this taxonomy? So that when the user selects the necessary parameters, he can see whether something will be available or not, before going to the result page…
