Hello,

I am trying to update the plugin on my live site. The plugin update fails and directs me to the settings page to update my license to enable automatic updates, but when I enter my purchase code on that page it says- “This purchase code is already activated for a different site.” I have no idea what site it is registered on, I checked our only Staging site and it is not activated on there either.

Can you please help me disable the activation on whatever site has my license activated, and allow me to activate it correctly on our live site?

I have de-activated the purchase code manually, now you should be able to use it again.
