Dear support,

i am having trouble activating automatic updates, i keep receiving This purchase code is already activated for a different site.

The activation should be on https://kuponka.cz where i am using the Ajax Search Pro plugin and it is working fine, just the activation isnt possible. I am not aware of activating the plugin on any other site, so i am also not able to deactive the purchase code in the 2nd option.

Could you please advise me how to succesfully activate the purchase code in order to get autoupdates? Or maybe reset the activation on your side, so i can register the code?
