Unformatted results page

Hello Support

I have bought and installed your Pro version because I wasn’t getting a good appearance with the results page using your lite plugin. I am still having the same problem with your PRO plugin.

You will see the Search Pro works well when you enter search terms in the search bar, but when you hit enter or press the search symbol the resulting page is not acceptable.

I am using the Avada theme.

Can you please let me know what I should do to fix this.

Hi Mark,

The results page layout is completely controlled by your theme – the plugin can’t change that. I see there is some sort of a styling problem there, you may need to ask Avada support about that. It looks as if a stylesheet file was missing or needs to be generated again.
