Hello,
I bought Ajax Pro and installed it for a domain that I used for less than a month. I then got rid of that domain and the wordpress account associated with it and installed Ajax Pro on my new domain/WP account.
I’m now unable to update the plugin via WP as I’m given an error that says: “This purchase code is already activated for a different site”.
How can I get this fixed? I’m only using it on one website.
Thank you!
Hi,
You have to de-activate the purchase code to that domain, which you can do remotely as well (even if the domain does not exist anymore). Please check the Automatic Updates: Deactivating from another site section in the documentation, it is what you are looking for.
