when I use uppercase letters I can’t see any result. Only lowercase. Is it normal? Or I need to do something?

By default the wordpress database collation should be case insensitive and accent insensitive, so upper/lower case should make no difference. You can force case insensitiveness for the search via these options. However this is only a circumvented solution – I strongly recommend contacting your host to check and convert the database collations. The correct WordPress table, database and structure collation should be:
