hi – suddenly this is breaking:

looks like a shortcode stipping is not working so some html is being striiped – i tried many option combos, turning on shortcodes but truning off stripping returns a 500 internal error after a long load time…
looks like the >>” gets stripped and breaks the pages – happens randomly but on a of of pages…
how do i make this code work?

TO:
